Vara Jewellery – Returns & Refund Policy

At Vara Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at varajewelleryonline.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos of the product 

Once your return request is approved, you can ship the product back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • The return must be shipped within 5 days of approval 

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a store credit (coupon code) for the product value.

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year
  • It can be used on any future purchase at Vara Jewellery

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.

After verification, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue store credit for the product value

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
